RED ALARM - The red alarm represents a high water alarm (HWA)

1. Find HWA switch on side of panel and toggle to mute/ middle position.

2. Check to see if sprinklers are spraying.

If Yes, go to #3.

If No, go to #4.

3. Stop using water! Check for and turn off running toilet or faucets and allow water level in tank to drop below alarm level. After light turns off, toggle HWA switch back to run/up position.

4. Reset circuit breaker in control panel labeled pump. Check to see if sprinklers are spraying.

If Yes, go to #5.

If No, go to #6.

5. Allow water level in tank to drop below alarm level. After light turns off, toggle HWA switch back to run/up position.

6. Alarm persists, conserve water and call or text us at 936-331-0756.
